The Deal Mail API exposes the following functional domains. Each maps to a tag in the API reference, where you can browse every operation, its parameters, and example payloads.

Deals & pipeline​

  • Deals — Deal management operations.
  • Deal Holders — Parallel-routing holder assignment, completion, and aging.
  • Deal Actions — Staff-raised management interventions on deals.
  • Journey — Deal-journey visualisation.
  • Dashboard / Reports — Analytics over the deal pipeline.

Committee approvals​

  • Committee Approvals — The unified PAC / CRECO / ExCo submission → vote → final-decision pipeline.
  • Committee Admin — Seats, voter availability, ad-hoc delegations, and secretariat groups.
  • Committee Audit — Internal-audit extraction for committee voting artifacts.

CRM & facilities (read-only)​

  • CRM — Read-only access to Salesforce-replicated accounts, contacts, and transactions.
  • Facilities — Salesforce/CRM facility operations.
