Deal Mail

Deal Mail is the end-to-end deal pipeline and approval workflow system for the African Export-Import Bank. It tracks deals across every approval stage with full audit trails, runs the committee sign-off workflows, and brings the CRM and document systems a deal touches into one place.

What it does​

  • Deal pipeline management — Track and manage deals across all approval stages with full audit trails, parallel-routing holder assignment, completion and aging views, and staff-raised management interventions.
  • Committee approvals — A unified PAC / CRECO / ExCo submission → vote → final-decision pipeline, with seats, voter availability, ad-hoc delegations, and secretariat groups. Real-time ballot status tracking and internal-audit extraction of voting artifacts.
  • CRM & facilities — Read-only access to Salesforce-replicated accounts, contacts, transactions, and facilities, plus a Bizcom liquidity-view facility list and KPI aggregations.
  • Documents — SharePoint site and document operations, including upload.
  • Dashboards, reports & notifications — Dashboard analytics, reports, a real-time notification stream, and aggregated sidebar badge counts.

Security & access​

Deal Mail is access-controlled with role-based access control (RBAC) and Auth0 single sign-on. The REST API authenticates with Auth0 JWT bearer tokens (SmallRye JWT). See the API reference for the full scope catalog and per-endpoint requirements.
